For standard stock specifications, orders can be fulfilled on a bundle basis (approx. 100–150 m²). For custom project lengths and specific RAL coating runs, the standard production MOQ is typically 3,000–5,000 m².

Yes. On our continuous automated lines, panels are cut to your exact project dimensions from 2.00 meters up to 13.50 meters (maximum truck / 40ft container shipping limit), completely eliminating site offcut waste.

Our rock wool core panels achieve Euroclass A1 non-combustibility with REI 60 to REI 120 fire resistance. PIR panels feature B-s1, d0 reaction to fire with low smoke emission (FM Global standards), and PUR panels feature B-s2, d0 rating.

Panels are wrapped in protective polyethylene foil with EPS edge protectors, bundled onto heavy-duty wooden dunnage, and loaded into 40ft High Cube containers or open-top flatbeds with complete export packing lists and strapping.

A complete weatherproof envelope requires coordinated ridge caps, eave and valley flashings, color-matched self-drilling screws with EPDM washers, foam closures and butyl sealing tapes.
