02 Cold Room Section, Labyrinth & Cam-Lock Geometry
Cold room panels are fabricated in modular widths of 1000 mm and 1150 mm to match architectural grid layouts. Featuring heavy-duty eccentric steel cam-locks or double tongue-and-groove labyrinth joints, panels clamp hermetically together. Cam-lock modular panels are supplied up to 8.00m, while continuous labyrinth panels are manufactured up to 13.50m without waste.

04 Steel Quality, Food Safe PVC & Hygienic Surface Coatings
Cold storage panels are faced with 0.50–0.60mm DX51D+Z hot-dip galvanized steel coated with 120µm Food-Safe antibacterial PVC laminate or 25µm hygienic polyester. For extreme environments like meat packing, fisheries, and dairy plants, AISI 304 stainless steel facings provide permanent resistance against organic acids and harsh chemical washdowns.

08 Assembly & Joint Detailing
1. Floor U-Track Anchoring: Stainless steel or hygienic PVC floor channels are anchored to the floor slab with continuous antibacterial butyl sealant.
2. Cam-Lock Tightening: Panels are interlocked using an 8mm hex key. Turning the internal eccentric steel cam-lock pulls adjacent panels together with massive clamping force, guaranteeing an airtight hermetic joint without thermal bridges.
3. Labyrinth Joint Sealing: Continuous panels feature double tongue-and-groove labyrinth joints sealed with non-toxic, food-grade polyurethane cold room mastic.
4. Hygienic Coving (HACCP): All 90-degree internal junctions (wall-to-wall, wall-to-floor, wall-to-ceiling) are finished with curved PVC sanitary coving profiles to eliminate dirt traps and facilitate high-pressure washdowns.
