A standard 40ft High Cube container has an internal length of 12.03 meters and door opening height of 2.58 meters. To allow smooth forklift/crane maneuvering and protective dunnage clearance, the recommended maximum bundle length is 11.85 meters. For international road freight, the entire 13.60-meter mega trailer bed can be utilized.

High-speed continuous profiling lines fabricate panels to custom millimeter cuts. Routine EN 14509 lab tests for core density, shear modulus, and metal adhesion confirm compliance.
Panels are wrapped in UV-protective foil with EPS foam profiles on ISPM-15 heat-treated timber. Each pallet is labeled with barcode shipping tags detailing bundle ID, net square meters, and piece counts.
At factory loading ramps, bundles are loaded with balanced center-of-gravity distribution. Secured with heavy-duty dunnage airbags, timber chocks, and ratchet tie-downs for sea transit.
